AI Report Generation
Dictate your positive findings — and negatives if desired — and RadPal generates complete, structured radiology reports or impression-only summaries in seconds.
Two Generation Modes
Whether you need a complete report from scratch or just an impression to finish one, RadPal has you covered.
Full Report Generation
Dictate only your findings and RadPal generates a complete report — structured by organ system with appropriate negatives included.
Impression Only
Dictate your full report as usual but skip the impression. RadPal reads your findings and generates a concise impression to complete it.

HISTORY: Shortness of breath, rule out PE
FINDINGS:
Acute filling defect within the right lower lobar pulmonary artery extending into segmental branches. Additional smaller filling defect in the left upper lobe segmental artery. Enlarged main pulmonary artery measuring 3.6 cm. Right ventricular enlargement with RV/LV ratio >1. Septal bowing toward the left ventricle. Small right pleural effusion. Patchy peripheral ground-glass opacities in the right lower lobe consistent with pulmonary infarction.

EXAM: MRI Right Femur without Contrast
HISTORY: 2 months of right hamstring pain after reinjury one day ago
COMPARISON: None available
FINDINGS:
Bones/Joints: No fracture or traumatic malalignment. Bone marrow signal intensity is within normal limits. No significant osteoarthritic change. No significant joint effusion.
Ligaments: Unremarkable
Tendons: Complete tear of the semimembranosus tendon approximately 8 cm from its ischial tuberosity origin, with retraction of the distal tendon stump and resulting 5 cm tendon gap. Adjacent collection measuring 7 x 4 x 2 cm (CC x TRV x AP) with low T2 fat-sat/PD signal and low to intermediate T1 signal, compatible with acute blood products/hematoma.
Muscles/subcutaneous tissues: Associated low-grade muscle strains of the hamstring muscles and adductor magnus, characterized by mild intramuscular and myofascial edema. No disproportionate muscle atrophy to suggest denervation. Subcutaneous tissues are unremarkable.
Neurovascular structures: Intact.
