Full Report Generation

Generate complete radiology reports from your dictated findings.

1. Dictate Your Findings

Dictate your positive findings — and negative findings if desired — directly into your dictation software (e.g., PowerScribe 360, Fluency). Include anything you want to appear in your final report. No special formatting is required; a continuous block of text is fine.

Your findings must be preceded by a FINDINGS: header. It is also recommended to include metadata above the findings section such as:

  • Study type (e.g., CT Abdomen Pelvis, MRI Brain)
  • History / clinical information
  • Prior exam comparisons

Example:

EXAM: CT Abdomen Pelvis

HISTORY: Rule out appendicitis

COMPARISON: 12/06/2025 abdomen MRI, CT abdomen pelvis 01/01/2024

FINDINGS:

Multiple hypodense lesions in the liver, largest 3.5 cm in segment VIII. Bilateral adrenal nodules, right 2.1 cm, left 1.8 cm. Peritoneal nodularity with small-volume ascites. Retroperitoneal lymph nodes up to 1.5 cm. Sclerotic lesion in the L4 vertebral body.
