• Minor fixes and improvements.

Guidelines & Calculators

• Redesigned the Guidelines menu: search bar, anatomy filter chips (Neuro, Neck, Chest, Cardiac, Abd/Pelvis, Gyn, Vascular, Tools), and a Recently Used row.
• Thyroid nodules: new ACR TI-RADS wizard (ultrasound) and ACR 2015 incidental thyroid wizard (CT/MR/PET) — the app picks the right one based on your study.
• New calculators: adrenal CT washout, Bosniak v2019 cystic renal mass, ellipsoid & prostate bullet volume, PSA density, NASCET carotid stenosis, ICH volume (ABC/2), RV/LV ratio, hepatic steatosis (in/opposed-phase), and thymus chemical shift.
• New optional setting: pause auto-insert when a guideline applies, so you can add the recommendation before the report is inserted (off by default).

• New guideline wizard: incidental gallbladder and biliary findings (ACR 2013) for CT and MRI.

Signature Preservation

• RadPal can now keep your workstation ID / signature line (e.g. WRKSTN:) at the bottom of the report instead of deleting it on Insert. Enable in Settings → General → “Preserve signature line at end of report”.
• Updated AI models and profiles.
• Additional improvements to deterministic X-ray impressions and header recognition.

• In-app messaging: RadPal support may contact you directly in-app.
• Improved deterministic X-ray impressions and minor bug fixes.

Instant X-ray Impressions & Transcription Corrections

• Instant X-ray impressions (optional, experimental): enable Settings → Dictation → “Use Deterministic X-ray Impressions” for instant impressions on normal and near-normal X-rays with no AI processing delay. Off by default; X-rays only.
• Transcription Corrections: automatically fix words your dictation software commonly gets wrong. Add your own replacements under Settings → Transcription Corrections; matching is whole-word and case-insensitive, and corrections sync across devices.
• Improved template matching and guideline wizard triggering.

New Report Buttons & Faster Normal Exams

• Choose the workflow that fits each study: 🖌️ Report (full workflow with polishing and template choice), ⏩ Fast Track (auto-selects the best template and skips polishing), ⚡ Fast Report (single-pass generation with a faster AI model — ideal for X-rays), and 📋 Impression (impression only).
• Instant normal reports: dictate “normal”, “negative”, “unremarkable”, “WNL”, or similar and RadPal instantly loads the matching template with a normal impression — no AI generation required.
• Custom normal impressions: dictate the trigger followed by a colon and your wording (e.g. “normal: No fracture.”) to use your own impression with the inserted template.
• Trial extensions: request additional trial time from the Trial Ended screen or your Account page; requests are reviewed individually.

Force First Impression

• Force First Impression: add a FIRST IMPRESSION: header with your exact wording anywhere in your dictation, and RadPal uses it verbatim as impression item #1 while the AI generates the rest.
• A FINDINGS: header is now a hard requirement for all exam types and generation modes.
• Full report generation opened to all users for testing.
• Radiograph full-report generation now skips polishing and template selection for speed.
• Cleaner, more accurately worded guideline suggestions.

• New ⚡ button: fast single-step full report generation (findings + impression) using a faster AI model — ideal for radiographs and simple studies.
• Default Impressions (experimental): set a baseline impression on a template that the AI uses as a starting point for that exam type.
• Sign-in reliability improvements and clearer error messages.

Auto-Numbered Impressions

• Generated impressions insert into PowerScribe 360 as auto-numbered lists that dynamically renumber when you add, delete, or rearrange items.
• New preset for older PowerScribe 360 builds: if numbered impressions display as “1. 1. 1.”, select “PowerScribe 360 (2017 / build 7.0.154)” in Settings → Dictation Software.
• Added new presets for additional dictation systems and fixed window sizing issues in compact mode.

Compact Mode

• Compact mode: double-click the top bar to shrink RadPal into a tiny floating bar; double-click to expand, click the logo to flip orientation, drag to reposition.
• Support for combined FINDINGS/IMPRESSION: dictations (common in X-ray).
• Default / Custom badges on template search results.
