Create Your Account
Create a free account to start your 14-day trial with full access to all features.
- Go to the sign up page
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address

Download RadPal Desktop
Download and install the RadPal desktop application for Windows.
Download for WindowsSystem Requirements: Windows 10 or later

Sign In to the App
Launch RadPal and sign in with your account credentials.
- The app will open in a compact window
- Click "Sign In" and enter your credentials
- The app will verify your subscription status

Configure Your Settings
Set up RadPal to work with your workflow.

Follow the initial setup instructions to save your reporting preferences and link your dictation software.

Start Using RadPal
You're ready to start generating reports with AI assistance!

Full Report
Ctrl + Alt + F- 1Dictate your findings into your dictation software (positives, and optionally negatives)
Make sure your findings are placed underneath a "FINDINGS:" header.
Example:
EXAM: CT Abdomen Pelvis HISTORY: Rule out appendicitis COMPARISON: 12/06/2025 abdomen MRI, CT abdomen pelvis 01/01/2024 FINDINGS: Multiple hypodense lesions in the liver, largest 3.5 cm in segment VIII. Bilateral adrenal nodules, right 2.1 cm, left 1.8 cm. Peritoneal nodularity with small-volume ascites. Retroperitoneal lymph nodes up to 1.5 cm. Sclerotic lesion in the L4 vertebral body.
