Impression Generation

Generate impressions only from your dictated findings.

1. Dictate Your Report

Use your traditional workflow — pull up your template within your dictation software and dictate your report as usual. The only difference is that you omit the impression. Do not dictate an IMPRESSION: header or any impression content. RadPal will generate the impression and append it along with the header at the end of your report to complete it.

Your report must include a FINDINGS: header so RadPal can identify your findings.

FINDINGS:
Liver:
Multiple hypodense liver lesions, largest 3.5 cm in segment VIII. No intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation.

Gallbladder and Biliary Tree:
Gallbladder is distended with no wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid. No gallstones identified. Common bile duct is not dilated.

Spleen:
Normal in size and attenuation. No focal lesions.

Pancreas:
Normal contour and attenuation. No peripancreatic stranding or fluid.

Adrenal Glands:
Bilateral adrenal nodules, right 2.1 cm and left 1.8 cm.

Kidneys and Ureters:
Obstructing 6 mm calculus in the proximal left ureter with mild upstream hydronephrosis and left perinephric stranding. No right hydronephrosis or nephrolithiasis. No renal masses. Right ureter is unremarkable.

Bladder:
Unremarkable.

Bowel:
Normal caliber and wall thickness of the small and large bowel. No evidence of obstruction.

Vasculature:
No abdominal aortic aneurysm or dissection.

Retroperitoneum/Lymph Nodes:
Retroperitoneal lymph nodes measuring up to 1.5 cm.

Bones:
Sclerotic lesion in the L4 vertebral body. No acute osseous abnormalities.

Lungs (bases):
Clear. No consolidation, effusion, or dominant nodules.

Soft Tissues:
Peritoneal nodularity with small-volume ascites.
